Stationary Compactor

Stationary Compactors — High-Throughput Dry Waste

When your waste is dry and your volume is high, stationary compactors deliver the throughput. The ram is fixed; the container detaches for hauling — meaning the same unit handles many container swaps without any moving parts going down the road.

Dry-waste applications

  • Warehouses and distribution centers
  • Manufacturers (non-food)
  • Big-box retail and shopping centers
  • Schools and universities
  • Office complexes
  • Multi-tenant industrial parks

How stationary differs from self-contained

The key difference is what gets hauled. With a self-contained compactor, the entire compactor-plus-container unit goes on the truck — the hauler swaps the whole thing. With a stationary compactor, only the detachable container is hauled. The compactor ram stays bolted to your concrete pad and immediately accepts the next empty container.

That makes stationary compactors the right choice when:

  • Your waste is dry (no leak risk)
  • You're generating high volumes that require frequent container swaps
  • You want to minimize downtime between haul-outs
  • You have multiple containers cycling through one compactor

Standard configurations

  • 2-yard ram, 30-yard containerStandard for mid-size warehouses and retail.
  • 3-yard ram, 40-yard containerHigh-throughput config for large distribution and manufacturing.
  • 5-yard ram, 40-yard containerHeavy-duty industrial — paper plants, large recyclers, automotive.

The container-cycling math

One stationary compactor can support 2–4 containers cycling through, which is why it's the go-to for operations where downtime between haul-outs is a real cost. When the full container leaves on the truck, an empty drops in immediately and operations continue without pause.

What we install & service

We work with Marathon, Wastequip, Harmony, PTR, Sebright, and other major manufacturers — and we coordinate the concrete pad, electrical, and any guide rails or ramps needed for the install. Service across Tarrant, Johnson, and Dallas counties, including Dallas, Irving, Grand Prairie, and the entire DFW Metroplex.
