Leasing — Fixed payments. Repair included. No surprises.
Lease commercial balers and compactors with all repair and maintenance bundled into the monthly payment. No service call charges, no exit fees in the fine print, no rate escalators tied to fuel surcharges.
What's included in every lease
- Equipment delivery and installation
- Operator training for your team
- All repair work — no service call charges
- Scheduled preventive maintenance
- Hydraulic system service
- Wear-part replacement
- Phone and email support during business hours
- Same-day or next-day response across DFW
Translation: a lease customer pays their monthly invoice and that's it. Equipment goes down, we come fix it, no additional charges. That's the structural advantage of leasing from us versus owning equipment outright.
Lease vs. own — the math
Owning equipment
- Capital outlay upfront
- Service calls $150/hr when something breaks
- You handle parts sourcing
- Equity in the asset (if that matters to you)
Leasing from us
- Predictable monthly OpEx
- Repair and maintenance included
- Upgrade path at lease end
- No capital tied up in equipment
How our lease differs from a hauler's "free compactor"
National waste haulers offer compactors at no upfront cost — but the equipment is bundled into a multi-year exclusive service contract with rate escalators, fuel surcharges, weight estimates, and exit fees. The compactor isn't actually free; it's a hook.
When you lease from us, the equipment is independent. You keep the right to bid your hauling service competitively, switch haulers when a better rate appears, and audit your invoices without contractual interference. We don't get paid by haulers. We don't have a stake in your hauling contract.
| Element | Our Lease | "Free" Compactor |
|---|---|---|
| Equipment cost | Fixed monthly | "Free" upfront |
| Hauling contract | Your choice, bid freely | Locked to that hauler |
| Rate escalators | None | Annual, often 3–5% |
| Repair/maintenance | Included | Sometimes — read the fine print |
| Exit fee | None | Often substantial |
| Independence | Yes | No |
Lease terms
We offer 24, 36, 48, and 60-month lease terms depending on equipment type and your operation. Most customers choose 36 or 48 months because it balances monthly payment size against total lease cost. End-of-lease options include returning the equipment, renewing at lower rates, or purchasing the unit at fair market value.
Want a real number? Lease pricing depends on equipment type, condition (new vs refurbished), term length, and your specific application. Send us your specs and we'll quote within one business day.
