Compactors & Balers for Medical & Institutional
Mixed waste streams with regulated and non-regulated separation requirements, 24/7 operations, and zero tolerance for leakage or pest issues. Medical and institutional facilities need careful equipment selection and disciplined operation.
Regulated vs. general waste
We don't handle medical waste (red-bag, sharps, pharmaceutical) โ those streams require specialized vendors with regulatory authorization. What we do is help facilities design general-waste compactor systems that keep regulated streams properly separated and prevent any cross-contamination at the equipment interface.
Cafeteria and food service waste
Hospital and institutional cafeterias generate substantial wet-waste volumes. Self-contained compactors sized for cafeteria peak service prevent the leakage and pest issues that are particularly serious in healthcare environments.
Cardboard from supply receipts
Medical facilities receive enormous cardboard volumes from supply receipts โ every box of gloves, every PPE shipment, every case of consumables. A vertical baler in central receiving captures that volume and converts it from haul cost to OCC revenue. The numbers work for any facility larger than a small clinic.
Operational continuity
Medical facilities can't tolerate equipment downtime. Our maintenance contracts include priority emergency response and scheduled preventive service to minimize the chance of failure during operations. For institutional facilities, that operational discipline matters more than initial equipment cost.
